The Fisher Bay concept was born over 5 years ago, based on the belief that there was a culinary void to be filled outside the "Metropolitan" area. An idea began to develop, the concept was born and evolved into reality in 2006. Fisher Bay: A high-end delicatessen and caterer in conjunction with a gourmet grocery store with a franchise look and neighborhood feel. Our staff is knowledgeable about our products and are there to guide and advise anyone from the experienced foodie to people on new culinary and palette pleasing adventures.

Take out, delivery or eat in our beautiful store or on our outside patio. Fantastic lunches at reasonable prices keep customers coming back over and over. And during the peak season enjoy cooked to order breakfasts including pancakes with pure Vermont maple syrup, omelettes and strada. And we always have organic, fair trade, small batch roasted coffee!

Free samples of our products are always available and you can request to try just about anything behind the counter.

The customer is our most valuable asset and we strive to better ourselves by listening to our customers suggestions and comments.

	Gourmet sandwiches made on fresh baked bread, soups, salads, all served with fresh pickle and choice of homemade macaroni, cole slaw or potato salad. Sandwich and salad specials daily.




	We offer a wide variety of Full Service Catering from sandwich platters, fresh cut meats and gourmet cheeses, to hot entrees, fancy finger foods and bbq with available full service staff including bartenders and servers. Fisher Bay offers a wide variety of catering to meet anyone’s needs from 5 to a few hundred. Be sure to look at our catering menu!



	Meats & Cheeses cut to order and your liking. Serving only the best from Boars Head meats to the highest quality imported cheeses from Europe and around the world. After lunch enjoy any one of our 12 hand made Gelato with rotating flavors from simple to exotic flavors.



	Fisher Bay offers Isles of Smiles. Everything from the perfect chips to compliment your lunch sandwich to gourmet and organic items for any occasion as well as an entire line of gluten free products. We only carry the best of the best products with brand names like Barefoot Contessa and Stonewall Kitchen. Customers will and something new every time they visit including fresh local produce in the summertime and specialty items you wont find in the average supermarket.
